You can return unworn items with original boxes or packaging within 30 days after you receive them:
(Items worn to see if they fit are not considered worn, please try your shoes on a clean surface)
1) Log in to your account.
2) Select order history from the left menu.
3) Select details.
4) From below, select the item you would like to return, provide an explanation and press request a return button.
5) That’s it! You may see the status of your request at the merchandise returns list and please wait for our confirmation through email.
6) Once return status has changed to waiting for package status please fill the return form you received with the shipment; if the return form is missing you may print it from the merchandise return section at your account.
7) Drop off the package to the collection point with the form.

8) Please keep the return receipt with the tracking number provided by the drop off point; as this will be your proof of delivery and to track in case the item is returned to wrong address.
9) Once the items are confirmed by us to be in line with the above conditions, you will receive your refund within 14 working days (weekends and holidays not included) from the time you drop off the items.
